Your personal physical fitness and health is approached from a holistic viewpoint to deliver a wholesome and healthier lifestyle. It’s not just about the exercise – a healthy body needs great nutrition, adequate rest, stress relief, and some fun and we will advise you how to achieve the balance in all these areas. I am passionate about learning and am continually studying extra courses to gain qualifications in many different health and fitness areas to expand my ability to help you reach your goals.

How many times have you been in a gym and watched the same trainer deliver the same program to every client that week, the same exercises for everyone?  But you are not everyone! At Workouts4Women your trainer will take the time to learn about you as an individual – your exercise needs, training goals, lifestyle, and dietary habits and then develop programs to suit you.  We provide the training and technique coaching so that you can complete your exercises anywhere, anytime.
