Firstly, thank you for visiting my website.  It means you have taken the first step in looking for someone to help you be the best version of you!

I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2010. Before that I spent my whole life either playing sport, training in the gym, or having my butt kicked by some really hard core Physical Training Instructors during my 10+ years service as an Officer in the Army.  Of that 10 years, over half of it was spent as one of very few females posted to a Special Forces Unit.

When it comes to training, I’ve seen it, I’ve tried it, I didn’t always succeed, but I absolutely know that I gave 100% because nothing less was allowed.  I know about limits, I know what it’s like to think that you can’t possibly finish a session, do one more repetition, run another step or climb another mountain (literally!).

I’m a mother, partner, friend, team mate, volunteer, business owner and am the best person to work with you if you are determined to reach your goals.  I don’t yell or hurl abuse at my clients during sessions but I will be right by your side when you think that you are done and I will push you to do “just one more”.
