* Standard cancellation policy applies to personal training sessions.

** Group sessions must be booked in by Friday of the week before.  If you are unable to attend your scheduled session please advise the trainer as soon as possible of non-attendance.  You are then able to nominate another session in the week to attend if there is space available.  Yoga sessions are not included in the Group Session Packages and are available as a separate package.
